This new to the market, luxury villa has everything you will need for a great holiday in top quality accommodation. The property is accessed via electrically operated gates into a large parking area, suitable for 2-3 cars. Set over 3 levels the accommodation consists 4 bedrooms, 2 with their own en-suite facilities, a large open-plan kitchen/lounge/dining room and large bar/entertainment room in the basement. At ground floor level you will fine the living area with kitchen, dining and lounge area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a separate WC. At first floor level you will find the master bedroom with en suite, another bedroom with 2 single beds and the large roof terrace with views towards Moraira and the sea. Accessed via the lounge and 2 ground floor bedrooms, there is a large terrace, private pool and gardens, a section of the terrace is covered and there is more than sufficient tables chairs and loungers for all the family. At basement level there is a bar and entertainment area complete with pool table and ping pong table.
Furnished to the highest standard and equipped with all modern conveniences, including Nespresso coffee maker and Sonos sound system. The villa is located close to all the amenities of Sol Park. The wonderful town and beach of Moraira is a 25 min walk along the flat vines road. All in all a great location for your luxury family holiday.

Service très réactif : Nous étions préoccupés de la proximité des escaliers à la porte de la chambre des enfants ( notre petite nièce a 2 ans). L'agence est intervenue en moins de 24 h pour monter une barrière pour bébé dans le couloir, ce qui nous a beaucoup rassurés. Nous avons été en contact tout au long de notre séjour avec Léoni qui nous a donné beaucoup de conseils sur Moraira et Javea. |

Le quartier est très tranquille mais un peu excentré. Il est possible de marcher jusqu'au centre (environ 25-30 min)sur un chemin plat mais en plein soleil. Nous avions une voiture de location donc pas de souci mais c'est à prendre en compte.

Leo hat uns die Villa gezeigt, und hat sich auch mehrmals erkundigt ob allesee more
