Stayed in for the second time and have booked to go back again in 2025. Lovely villa in a quiet location but only a 5 minute drive from the town centre, it really is perfect.

This was a beautiful villa in a quiet location close to the edge of Moraira town. Walking into town and the surrounding restaurants was easy. The villa itself was beautifully clean and extremely well equipped. We would highly recommend and would certsee more

La casa estaba mucho mejor de lo que se veía en las fotos. Nos ha gustado mucho la terraza y el hecho de tener aire acondicionado en toda la casa. La cocina estaba muy bien equipada. Las camas estaban cómodas y no había ruido por la noche. Repetiremos ! |

This delightful holiday villa in the popular El Portet area of Moraira is close to the beach and within easy walking distance of the town centre.
Set over two levels the villa consists of lounge, kitchen dining area, utility room, three good sized bedrooms, two bathroom one en suite and a large terrace and pool area. Comfortably furnished and with the benefit of full air conditioning, Wi-Fi, central heating and satellite TV, this is a great place to enjoy all that Moraira has to offer.
Outside there are a number of terrace area where you can enjoy the Spanish sun with views to the sea including one with gas BBQ for the essential al fresco dining. On the ground level you will find the private pool surrounded by extensive terracing and with a covered section for when you need a break from the hot Spanish sun. There is also a small fridge located here, great for ice cream and cold drinks close to the pool.
All this just an easy stroll to the lovely bay and beach of El Portet.
