This delightful holiday villa in the popular El Portet area of Moraira is close to the beach and within easy walking distance of the town centre.
Set over two levels the villa consists of lounge, kitchen dining area, utility room, three good sized bedrooms, two bathroom one en suite and a large terrace and pool area. Comfortably furnished and with the benefit of full air conditioning, Wi-Fi, central heating and satellite TV, this is a great place to enjoy all that Moraira has to offer.
Outside there are a number of terrace area where you can enjoy the Spanish sun with views to the sea including one with gas BBQ for the essential al fresco dining. On the ground level you will find the private pool surrounded by extensive terracing and with a covered section for when you need a break from the hot Spanish sun. There is also a small fridge located here, great for ice cream and cold drinks close to the pool.
All this just an easy stroll to the lovely bay and beach of El Portet.

Just a short walk to the beach and beach bars at El Porteta little longer walk (20 mins) into Moraira and all it has to offer. Will definitely be returning to the area and wouldn’t hesitate to use the agent again.

Stayed in Villa Portina for a week at the end of June and I can honestly say this is one of the nicest villas and areas we have stayed in. Ian met us personally in the early hours to ensure we were comfortable with everything in the villa.

The villa was well stocked and cleaned to a very high standard. We had an issue with an air con unit in one of the bedroom and Ian ensured this was replaced within 24h. My party was very impressed with the service received by Ian and would highly recommend HMR. See you soon ! |

Nous avons loué une villa au Portet pour nos amis de Belgique ( 4 adultes et 2 enfants) et ils ont été enchantés. La proximité à la plage du Portet a été un plus. Remise des clefs directement dans la villa, pas besoin de faire la queue dans un bureausee more
Nous avons loué une villa au Portet pour nos amis de Belgique ( 4 adultes et 2 enfants) et ils ont été enchantés. La proximité à la plage du Portet a été un plus. Remise des clefs directement dans la villa, pas besoin de faire la queue dans un bureau et l'équipe a été réactive tout au long du séjour. Nos amis ont apprécié la flexibilité à leur départ. Leur vol quittait Alicante le soir (20h) et ils ont été autorisés à rester dans la villa jusqu'à 17h, sans surcharge.
Les salles de bains ont été rénovées et les chambres sont climatisées. |

Acceuil chaleureux de la part de l'équipe, on a apprécié le guide en ligne fourni avec bon plans de Moraira, manuel de la maison, conseils etc un vrai plus ( et la bouteille de cava, Merci ) ! On revient l'année prochaine au mois de juin.
