The Villa was perfectly situated and well appointed. Service from HMR (Matthew) was second to none, we had a small issue and he was with us within a couple of hours and the problem was resolved within 24 hours. All in all would recommend the Villa tsee more

The only improvement I can think of would be a knife sharpener (or new sharp knives) in the kitchen, we like to cook and out of 5 or 6 sharp knives only 2 were usable. Other than that the kitchen was really well equipped

A lovely villa set over 2 floors with views of Portet beach. We loved the various outdoor seating areas set across the 3 levels, the walk into Moraira town was a pleasant walk in an evening.

If I had to find any negatives, I would suggest a gate at the top of the steps leading to the pool would be useful to give peace of mind with young children.

Stayed in Villa Portina for a week at the end of June and I can honestly say this is one of the nicest villas and areas we have stayed in. Ian met us personally in the early hours to ensure we were comfortable with everything in the villa.

The villa was well stocked and cleaned to a very high standard. We had an issue with an air con unit in one of the bedroom and Ian ensured this was replaced within 24h. My party was very impressed with the service received by Ian and would highly recommend HMR. See you soon ! |

Por poner algún "pero", se agradecería tener más cubiertos, ya que van justos para una comida. Si se pone el lavavajillas una vez al día (que no sería necesario más), hay que fregar a mano los cubiertos de la comida para poder usarlos en la cena.see more

Nous avons loué une villa au Portet pour nos amis de Belgique ( 4 adultes et 2 enfants) et ils ont été enchantés. La proximité à la plage du Portet a été un plus. Remise des clefs directement dans la villa, pas besoin de faire la queue dans un bureausee more
Nous avons loué une villa au Portet pour nos amis de Belgique ( 4 adultes et 2 enfants) et ils ont été enchantés. La proximité à la plage du Portet a été un plus. Remise des clefs directement dans la villa, pas besoin de faire la queue dans un bureau et l'équipe a été réactive tout au long du séjour. Nos amis ont apprécié la flexibilité à leur départ. Leur vol quittait Alicante le soir (20h) et ils ont été autorisés à rester dans la villa jusqu'à 17h, sans surcharge.
Les salles de bains ont été rénovées et les chambres sont climatisées. |
