At all times of day there are areas in the sun and in the shade to choose from. Great balcony on the first floor with fabulous sea view. Easy walking distance to the beach and town and restaurants. The pool was spacious with a good deep end, the water was pristine and the pool is clearly well maintained. |

L'équipe de HMR a été aux petits soins durant notre séjour, Léonie a été d'une aide précieuse pour trouver restaurants/locations de bateaux etc. |

La proximité de la pinède implique que beaucoup d'épines de pins tombent sur la terrasse si il y a du vent, il faut donc balayer régulièrement.
Je conseillerai également aux propriétaires d'installer la climatisation dans le salon.

This delightful holiday villa in the popular El Portet area of Moraira is close to the beach and within easy walking distance of the town centre.
Set over two levels the villa consists of lounge, kitchen dining area, utility room, three good sized bedrooms, two bathroom one en suite and a large terrace and pool area. Comfortably furnished and with the benefit of full air conditioning, Wi-Fi, central heating and satellite TV, this is a great place to enjoy all that Moraira has to offer.
Outside there are a number of terrace area where you can enjoy the Spanish sun with views to the sea including one with gas BBQ for the essential al fresco dining. On the ground level you will find the private pool surrounded by extensive terracing and with a covered section for when you need a break from the hot Spanish sun. There is also a small fridge located here, great for ice cream and cold drinks close to the pool.
All this just an easy stroll to the lovely bay and beach of El Portet.
