Who it's for
Four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two separate living levels for up to eight guests make George ideal for two families or several generations together: everyone has their own space by day and meets at the table in the evening.

Outside
The 990 m² plot is laid out as a series of outdoor rooms. The large upper terrace has covered and open dining areas, with steps down to the pool. The 10 × 5 m pool has a shallow sunbathing shelf, a pool terrace with sunbeds, and its own toilet and shower. Below, a covered lower terrace has big sofas for the hottest hours. The outdoor bar, with gas barbecue, paella cooker, fridge freezer and bar stools, sits next to the thatched pergola, with a fan and a dining table for warm nights. There's a table tennis table too.

Inside
• First floor: the master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite shower room, a second bedroom with king-size bed, a bathroom, a large lounge with a 60" satellite TV, a kitchenette and a desk
• Ground floor: two twin bedrooms, a shared shower room, a fully fitted main kitchen with water filter and ice maker, a dining room, a snug with sofas and a utility room

Location
Cap Blanc is a peaceful residential area of Moraira. The nearest sandy beach is 3 km away and the centre of Moraira is a short drive. A hire car is recommended, as taxis can be slow to arrive.

Villa Sofia – Sea Views & El Portet Beach on Foot

Villa Sofia is a holiday villa in El Portet, Moraira, just 150 metres from the beach, a two-minute stroll along a shaded path lined with bougainvillea. From its terraces, the view sweeps across the bay to Calpe and the Peñón de Ifach, with unforgettable sunsets from the terraces.

Who it's for
With four bedrooms for up to eight guests, Sofia suits families and friends who want to spend their days on the beach without ever needing the car. Paddleboards, a bike and a ping-pong table are waiting for the active ones.

Outside
The views are the reason to stay. Two of the four private terraces look straight out to sea, perfect for breakfast in the morning light and a drink as the sun goes down over the bay. Below them, the private pool sits in a lush, fenced garden of bougainvillea, hibiscus and palm trees, with a pergola for shade and a summer kitchen for long, lazy dinners outdoors.

The centre of Moraira, with its marina and Wednesday market, is about 1 km away, a 10-minute bike ride. Alicante airport is around an hour and a quarter by car, and Valencia airport around an hour and a half.
