Located close to the beach and the town this spacious and well appointed villa is a great location for a family holiday in Moraira. With plenty of outside space and a wonderful new private pool built in 2016 this villa is in one of the best locations.
This well constructed Villa is ideal for all year round rental having double glazing throughout and gas fired radiator central heating for the cool winter evenings and Air conditioning in all bedrooms and the lounge/dining room for the warm summer months.
Set over two levels the living accommodation is on the upper floor to benefit from the views and the three bedrooms are on the ground floor.
Upstairs there is a large lounge/dining room, separate kitchen with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and everything else you might need. There is also a cloakroom and good sized balcony with sea views. In the lounge there is a flat screen TV, DVD player with DVDs, and Sat TV and radio with UK and German channels, an ipod docking station with radio. Wi-Fi .
Downstairs there are three bedrooms, the master with a king size bed and a large en suite with bath, separate shower, hand basin, w/c and bidet, also a double bedroom and twin bedroom and family shower room with w/c. There is also a utility room with washing machine and ironing facilities.
The beautiful brand new salt water 9x4m swimming pool has a large terrace ideal for sun bathing. The pool is gated and perfect for families with small children. There is an additional large terrace at the front of the villa, and another terrace at the rear ideal for barbeque meals, there is a private drive with car port and mature gardens.
The villa is set at the head of a small quiet cul-de-sac and less than 300 metres from the lovely sandy Plagetes beach and some good restaurants, cafe`s, bars and shops. It is also only a short easy walk along the sea front (approx 10/15minutes) into Moraira centre, this villa is in a great location

As always the booking and check in was flawless with plenty of contact from HMR. The villa is very well located with many restaurants only a few minutes walk and Moraira centre about 10-15 minutes away.

The villa has everything you need as well as great outdoor areas. Very quiet area, so wouldn’t be suited to late night revellers, etc. This was my third time at Villa Katy, and I would very happily visit again any time. |

I would suggest to the owners would be an upgrade to the beds/mattresses but this did not impact our stay negatively, we understand that things are replaced after a period of time, but maybe it's time 😀

My husband, myself our three triplets sons and one son's girlfriend all came to celebrate our 60th birthdays and our son's 30th birthdays. The villa was just wonderful in everyway. It was spotless when we arrived. Communication with hmrholidays was excellent from start to finish. Any queries before we arrived and during our holiday was answered quickly, often within minutes. The villa is very spacious and the pool just wonderful. Just a short walk to the nearest beach and about fifteen minutes into the centre of town. Many restaurants near the villa so no need to go into town if you don't want to.
Though the pool is overlooked by a few other villas this was never a problem whilst we were there as non were occupied. The view from the upstairs veranda was just great especially watching the lightening one evening and the fireworks another. We had a truly special time. Thank you |

The bottle of cava was much appreciated thank you. However as we did not arrive till after midnight a bottle of two of water would have been nice as we could not buy any until the next morning and we were gasping. Other than that everything was just see more

The pool is a good size and this villa comfortably hosts 6 guests. Moraira is perfect for a laid back holiday. This is our 10th year coming to Moraira and our 3rd stay in this villa, highly recommended.

Having the pool meant the kids could splash about before hitting the beach. It's close to the beach and restaurants. It's fully enclosed so felt at ease wisee more

The communication with Iain was fab and the place very clean with the pool / shower area being cleaned every couple of days too. We might go back next year |

It had all the amenities needed and very clean. Air conditioning was in all bedrooms and lounge/dining area.
The swimming pool was excellent, clean and well maintained with a large terrace.

This villa must be in one of the best positions in Moraira, only a few minutes walk from lovely plateges beach and restaurants and shops. We thoroughly recommend this villa and will definitely be back again next year |

Fantastic villa in a great location. I’ve stayed in and around Moraira several times, and this is by far the best place I’ve had. There are several restaurants only a few minutes away and it’s only a short walk to the town centre for everything else.see more
Fantastic villa in a great location. I’ve stayed in and around Moraira several times, and this is by far the best place I’ve had. There are several restaurants only a few minutes away and it’s only a short walk to the town centre for everything else. The pool was a lovely temperature and I used it every day. The villa is very clean and comfortable and the air conditioning is excellent and keeps the house at a lovely temperature. I have already booked it for next year!

Un séjour très agréable. Nous avions réservé la villa pour sa proximité avec la plage et les commerces. Notre petite dernière n'ayant que 3 ans nous avons vraiment apprécié le fait que la piscine puisse être clôturée et sécurisée. La douche extérieursee more
Un séjour très agréable. Nous avions réservé la villa pour sa proximité avec la plage et les commerces. Notre petite dernière n'ayant que 3 ans nous avons vraiment apprécié le fait que la piscine puisse être clôturée et sécurisée. La douche extérieure est aussi un plus.
Les trois chambres étaient confortables et climatisées. La terrasse à l'étage est très agréable, ainsi que le salon (avec clim). La maison se trouve au bout d'une petite impasse calme et sécurisée, les enfants ont pu jouer dans la rue sans problèmes. Nous avons été accueillis par Leo, très sympa et serviable (parle français), qui a été en contact avec nous par Whatsapp toute la semaine. Nous avons apprécié pouvoir rester dans la maison jusqu'à 16h le jour de la sortie sans frais ( nous avons été facturés 50€ par d'autres agences de la zone pour ce genre de service !). Ps: c'est la première fois que nous n'avons pas eu à payer de caution exorbitante pour une villa dans la zone. Nous avons à certaines occasions dû payer jusqu'à 1500€ pour une caution, sans aucune garantie. Lorsque l'on économise toute l'année pour des vacances, on apprécie cette économie. |

La cuisine, bien que fonctionnelle et équipée, aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Les placards en bois sont un peu datés et "grincent". Il y a assez peu de plan de travail et l'espace de stockage est réduit.

Les chambres bien que confortables, sont un peu "nues", quelques cadres ou coussins de couleurs feraient l'affaire, et la petite chambre a besoin d'un coup de peinture. L'une des lampes de l'entrée ne fonctionnait pas et dans la petite chambre double la moustiquaire est endommagée. Ce sont de petits détails qui pourraient améliorer le séjour de futurs clients. |
