The villa was pretty perfect for our family holiday of 4 adults and two pre-teen children. The pool was great and the kids spent most of their time in it. Everything was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc. TV was a nice additsee more

Everything was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc. TV was a nice addition as big and had access to netflix etc. Location was great for us. 10 min drive into town with plenty of parking in Moraira. The villa is in a really quiet gated road and although it doesnt have a sea view it looks over countryside and hills. Although there are a couple of villas overlooking the pool it is only the front of the buildings and we never really saw anyone other than the gardeners occasionally! Overall, very happy with the villa and location.

This delightful holiday villa in the popular El Portet area of Moraira is close to the beach and within easy walking distance of the town centre.
Set over two levels the villa consists of lounge, kitchen dining area, utility room, three good sized bedrooms, two bathroom one en suite and a large terrace and pool area. Comfortably furnished and with the benefit of full air conditioning, Wi-Fi, central heating and satellite TV, this is a great place to enjoy all that Moraira has to offer.
Outside there are a number of terrace area where you can enjoy the Spanish sun with views to the sea including one with gas BBQ for the essential al fresco dining. On the ground level you will find the private pool surrounded by extensive terracing and with a covered section for when you need a break from the hot Spanish sun. There is also a small fridge located here, great for ice cream and cold drinks close to the pool.
All this just an easy stroll to the lovely bay and beach of El Portet.
