This beautiful 4 bedroomed villa (213m²) is set in a spacious plot (990m²) and is located in the quiet Cap Blanc area of Moraira. It has versatile accommodation to suit a range of family or friend groups, having numerous different seating and eating areas in both the sun and the shade around the villa, terraces and gardens for up to 8 people. The property was refurbished both inside and out in 2022 including new aircon units in every room.
The first floor comprises master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and another double bedrooms, bathroom, large lounge with 60” satellite TV, kitchenette and desk. The large terrace provides seating and dining areas both covered and open with steps leading down to the pool.
On the ground floor are 2 more bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The main kitchen is fully fitted and includes on tap water filter and ice maker, this leads into the spacious dining room and snug area with sofas. There is also a utility room for your laundry needs.
Outside has a lower terrace with covered area housing large sofas, pool (10m x 5m) with an additional shallow sunbathing shelf, large pool terrace with sunbeds, toilet facilities, shower, gardens, and a table tennis table.
