This is the second time we stayed and love it as much as the first. Such a amazing setting, pool is perfect and so peaceful but close enough for lots to do in a short walk. Brillant hosts can’t recommend enough!

Thanks for a lovely stay in this nice villa ! It's as perfect inside as outside and we have been enjoying many hours in the garden and in the pool. The area around is also just wonderful with beaches, restaurants and Font's l'Algar was really lovely see more

Move the log storage unit (I moved the smaller unit) out of the parking bay as it's pretty tight if you want to park under the shade.
Better quality pillows as the single thin pillows are not the most comfortable to sleep on.

We have been visiting Moraira for almost 20 years and this was one of the best experiences in terms of location of the villa, facilities in the villa, cleanliness of the villa and the help of HMR in accommodating our requests for flexibility. We had see more
We have been visiting Moraira for almost 20 years and this was one of the best experiences in terms of location of the villa, facilities in the villa, cleanliness of the villa and the help of HMR in accommodating our requests for flexibility. We had to change and cancel bookings due to Covid and also had a late flight so wanted to stay a bit longer if possible. HMR did their utmost to make this a stress free stay in a lovely villa. We will definitely use them again for our Moraira trips.

La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario, menaje de cocina bien, Aire acondicionado ok, TV y WiFi muy buenos esta última bastante rápida ya que el acceso es por fibra, en el jardín tienes tus dos tumbonas con dos mesas y sillas. La terraza cerrada si absee more
La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario, menaje de cocina bien, Aire acondicionado ok, TV y WiFi muy buenos esta última bastante rápida ya que el acceso es por fibra, en el jardín tienes tus dos tumbonas con dos mesas y sillas. La terraza cerrada si abres las ventanas circula el aire perfectamente y es agradable. La piscina es comunitaria es pequeña y a partir de los dos metros de la escalera es profunda, si no coincides con nadie es estupenda para darte un baño, por cierto está contigua a la casa...tiene su cartel indicando silencio de 15 a 17h.
Pero la casa de al lado que también es de alquiler y tiene su propia piscina por lo qué vimos tiene sus propias normas. La urbanización es tranquila en general apenas había ocupación, exceptuando un par de casas. Algo muy importante, nos acribillaron los mosquitos, incluso suben hasta la casa. |

Petite maison rénovée et très mignonne. L'emplacement parfait : au bout d'une impasse très calme et à deux pas de la plage. Notre ado a pu aller seul dans le centre et pas besoin de prendre la voiture à part pour les courses. La cuisine est très biensee more

La cuisine est très bien équipée et il ya la clim partout ( les nuits sont encore chaudes en Septembre). Un petit jardinet agréable avec chaises de jardin etc. Lits confortables et beaucoup de rangement dans les armoires.

Petit jardin cloturé avec chaises de jardin etc. Nous avions peur que la piscine a proxinité soit bruyante mais c'est très calme, nous n'avons croisé qu'un poignée de vacanciers pendant notre séjour. Quartier parfait pour nos vacances, proche des commerces, des plages tout en étant très calme. La plage la plus proche de la maison est parfaite pour les familles avec enfants. Nous avons apprécié pouvoir récupérer les clefs plut tot que prévu, la jeune fille parle français et nous a très bien accueilli. Notre dernier a malheureusement du aller chez le dentiste en urgence pendant notre séjour et elle nous a accompagné pour traduire. Super et un grand merci ! |
