I liked the location of the property and the views not to keen on the stairs on the hole not a bad apartment but room for improvement for the cost.

The two single beds need replacing not suitable for adults the TV needs sorting very difficult tochanals and the satellite doesn't work could do with a small radio in the apartment and a spare key lefted in the key locker and also some cleaning produsee more

Very well-equipped and comfortable apartment for our family of 4. Had everything we needed. Lovely big terrace for relaxing in the sunshine, overlooking the beach where we swam every day. Can hire paddleboards on the beach, but we booked a family trisee more

Can hire paddleboards on the beach, but we booked a family trip with Zibalife who were great. Had a gorgeous dinner at Le Dauphin, and a couple of relaxed meals at Raco Bar. Supermarkets are a short drive away, but there's a local shop for fresh bread etc. Loved it!

Sunprotection for sunbeds - not all of us can stand the sun for several hours. Was thinking of buying an parasol but never happened. That could also be very useful down at the beach where no sunbeds was to hire.

We had a wonderful stay in Guatipiti. The penthouse really has everything you need. A large balcony overlooking the bay of El Portet, the most beautiful spot of Moraira. The kitchen is equipped with all comforts and also the spacious bathroom.

I needed to decompress from work and the photos and description attracted me as a place where I could suspend the day to day pressures. GUATIPITI was perfect. Close to shops and a nice flat 10 minute walk (except for the 3 story building walk up and see more

Close to shops and a nice flat 10 minute walk (except for the 3 story building walk up and down) to the local shops beach right at your door step, very well appointed finishings in the bathrooms, kitchen, bedroom (the main bedroom is super king size and super comfortable) and the cozy tv room. The balcony is where I spent most of my time. Exactly what I wanted.

Beautifully equipped, clean and well laid out, it was perfect for our group of 4 friends.
We loved chilling on the balcony watching the activity below with great views of the El Portet harbour and beach.

This wasn't a problem for us but the apartment is located at the top of a traditional "Portet" building which means...no lift. We only went food shopping once so it wasn't an issue but it might be worth considering for elderly people for ex.

The balcony has a safety glass to protect kids while preserving the views. The area was peaceful and we felt safe, always important when you have children with you. Amazing location! Very close to the beach. Highly recommend |
