Very disappointed that no mid stay clean apart from paying extra which wasn’t clear before arrival. Should be included in price. Mop and sweep inside and out and bathroom freshen up wouplus

Mop and sweep inside and out and bathroom freshen up would have been appreciated as would have beds being made up mid stay. Used to receiving a decent welcome pack to start the holiday but very meagre offering available. Water pressure in downstairs bathrooms very poor for entire stay. Perhaps extra pumps could be helpful? Issues in master en suite should have been sorted before arrival. Shower drain covers were not installed properly but fixed when we raised the issue due to unpleasant overpowering smells. Average service rating reflects these comments. |

The location was excellent, with the beach just a short walk away. Thanks to several nearby beach options, there was a lot of variety for relaxing or snorkeling, which made our days diverse and exciting. All in all, a highly recommended place for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation! |

What a beautiful villa, almost designed to perfection. The only small design issue being the location of the outdoor fridge which is in sun all day so has been disconnected. However, we used the kitchen fridge and made use of the 6 ice buckets provplus

However, we used the kitchen fridge and made use of the 6 ice buckets provided so it was fine. The rest of the BBQ area is amazing with a top quality BBQ. The accommodation is top class and everything is absolutely gorgeous. There's a new pagoda on the top floor with a sumptuous 'day bed' which was lovely. The top floor suite is absolutely excellent and the rest of the villa is top notch too. Absolutely amazing place, we loved it and also the beautiful and extensive gardens with lots of eye catching flowering shrubs and many beautiful trees including lemon and lime trees. Its a fabulous place and if it were mine no one else would go near it!

We could not be any happier. We have been welcomed very friendly upon our arrival and everything was shown and explained. The house is in excellent, like new condition. The pool is awesome, we couldn't get our kids out of it. The air-conditioned bedrplus

To the beaches it is a 20 minute walk (with 2 kids) - adults would walk approx 10-15 minutes. Restaurants, supermarkets...everything is in walking distance, but you still hear nothing of a street or from the neighbors. We loved it so much that we spontaneously extended our stay by one week and we definitely plan on coming back. We rent a house in Spain every year, and this house is by far the best we ever had. |

We stayed at La Colina for one week in June and it was perfect. The location was great for our family, it is just a short walk in to the town and the beach but was far enough away from everything to be peaceful, we had great views of the mountains frplus

The location was great for our family, it is just a short walk in to the town and the beach but was far enough away from everything to be peaceful, we had great views of the mountains from the pool terrace too, though its worth sitting on the bedroom terrace and watching the sun go down at night. This villa is really well fitted out with beautiful furniture, everything was really comfortable, clean and we didn't need to buy anything extra, lots of gadgets and things you need in the kitchen to cook. The outdoor kitchen was a treat, we stocked the fridge with wine and BBQ'd every day, what more could I ask for on a holiday. The pool area has lots of space so the children were happy and we didn't trip over them all day long like you do in some smaller villas. A perfect place to make a perfect holiday, we will definitely keep coming back here :-)

I stayed in this amazing villa for one week in June 2019 and I’ve already booked to go back. We loved the luxury feeling of the villa, in particular the pool and garden area! The outdoor kitchen is an added bonus (we used it everyday). It’s only a 10plus

We personally loved paddle boarding at the local beach! I can’t recommend this villa highly enough and can’t wait to go back in October. 5 stars!

Villa Portina est une villa de vacances à El Portet, Moraira, à seulement 200 mètres de la plage, avec vue sur la mer depuis ses terrasses, une piscine privée, et un bonus rare : votre chien est le bienvenu aussi.

Nous sommes une petite entreprise familiale qui s'occupe de villas de vacances à Moraira depuis 2006. Nous vous accueillerons à la villa nous-mêmes, le linge de lit et les serviettes de qualité hôtelière sont inclus, et notre équipe est disponible 7 jours par semaine pendant toute votre séjour. Plus de la moitié de nos clients cette année avaient déjà séjourné chez nous.
Si vous recherchez une villa de vacances acceptant les animaux à Moraira, avec une piscine privée et la plage à quelques pas, Villa Portina est une trouvaille rare.

• Arrivée de 16:00 à 19:00, départ avant 10:00
• Les animaux de compagnie sont acceptés (50 € par réservation), sauf les races dangereuses
• Pas de groupes de jeunes de moins de 25 ans, pas de tabac
