I love the location of this Villa, easy walk into town for a fabulous variety of places to eat and drink. You do need a car for supermarket shopping and the odd day trip but other than that you can walk everywhere. The Villa is all one level and has ver más
I love the location of this Villa, easy walk into town for a fabulous variety of places to eat and drink. You do need a car for supermarket shopping and the odd day trip but other than that you can walk everywhere. The Villa is all one level and has its own pool, the new large screen TV was a welcome addition. HMR holidays are great to deal with and I have been using them for around 10 years staying in this property or Villa Katy just around the corner. Highly recommended, I have just spent 10 days here and will be again booking for next year.

A review of the glasses and cups would be good, maybe a decent set of each rather than what feels like leftovers from different seasons. The wardrobes house lots of cushions that can’t be used and take up space. A couple of sun chairs outside would be a good addition as one of guests struggles with laying down. There is a lovely veranda to sit on but it gets full sun until late in the day, having a sun blind would be useful in order to make more use of this space.

The villa is comfortable and cool with everything you need. The location is the other fabulous thing about this villa - just a short walk down to some lovely restaurants and bars - or only another 15 minutes into the centre of Moraira which has a lovely vibe. HMR are a great company to deal with. You get the feeling they are always their via Whatsapp if you need them, but completely unobtrusive to let you get on with your holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and as a group of 5 adults we found the villa perfectly big enough.

Extra pillows and cases would be useful. The washing basket was cracked/falling apart and needs replacing. Some of the bedside drawers were loose, need a bit of wood glue to hold the dowels in place.

This was our first visit to Moraira and it did not disappoint. The property was perfectly located with a short walk to the beach, town, supermarket, bars and restaurants. The host was very helpful with great communication and helpful recommendations. The property excelled our expectations. It was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. Essentials such as dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, handsoap, cloths, a couple of washing pods were a great help not all properties provide these. The kitchen was very well equipped with good cooking facilities, a large fridge freezer and a coffee machine. Lots of condiments were also available, should you wish to cook. The outside area was lovely, the pool was clean and plenty of sunbeds as well as outside table and chairs. Had the weather been better we would have used the BBQ provided. We would not hesitate to book with Iain again. Infact we are already planning a trip next Easter. Thank you Iain for making our stay so perfect.

The villa is a 10 minute coastal walk to the main beach and you can be in the centre of Moraira in 15 mins. At the same time it is also incredibly private and quiet. The best of both worlds. Outstanding living and bedroom space, 2 lovely bathrooms and excellent air con in all bedrooms. There is no air con in the main living space but that doesn’t matter as the cold air flows through from the bedrooms. A really nice pool area with loads of room and a perfect-sized pool. The property has a lockable gate with intercom and sliding door for the car. Once you’re locked up for the night it feels very secluded and secure. We loved it so much we booked for next year whilst staying! |

Glassware and cutlery weren't particularly clean so we put everything through the dishwasher before we used them. Broken window blind you know about. Mosquito nets on the windows would be useful.

The little house has everything you need. It's very private, the car is sheltered on the property and the location is just perfect for walking distance.

When we arrived the garden was unfortunately not in the best condition. This was of course due to the good occupancy rate and there was no time for the gardeners to come between rentals. But after we informed Ian, they reacted immediately and the gardeners came by the next day to put everything in order. We would like to highlight the contact and helpfulness of Ian (HMR Holidays) in particular. |

The Villa was a ideal for our 10 day stay, it had everything we needed and was in a great location.
Just a few minutes from the best coffee shop and tapas bar, with an easy 15 minute stroll into Moraira.

Just a few minutes from the best coffee shop and tapas bar, with an easy 15 minute stroll into Moraira. Quiet residential area, probably not suited for a noisy grouplate night revellers. Would definitely book again. Car only needed for supermarket runsdays out. |

It is very clean, private, comfortable and located in a quiet and safe area.
There is air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms - a must.
The pool is ideal and is very well maintained.

Villa Love Moraira – Refugio Tranquilo, El Pinar
Villa Love Moraira es una acogedora villa de vacaciones familiar en El Pinar, una de las zonas residenciales más tranquilas de Moraira, con piscina privada, rincones de descanso a la sombra y playas, restaurantes y supermercados a unos 15 minutos a pie. Los huéspedes la califican con 9,5 de 10.
Para quién es
Con un dormitorio doble y dos habitaciones con camas individuales para hasta seis huéspedes, es perfecta para familias con niños y para cualquiera que busque una villa tranquila y sin complicaciones a un precio asequible.
Exterior
La terraza rodea una piscina privada de 6 × 4 m, perfecta para refrescarse y vigilar a los niños. Las áreas de descanso a la sombra te ofrecen un lugar donde escapar del sol del mediodía, y la barbacoa integrada hace que cenar al aire libre sea la opción más fácil. El jardín está vallado.
