Tres dormitorios, tres baños, lujoso ático dúplex a un paso de la playa de El Portet. La playa y el mar Mediterráneo están a solo unos pasos de distancia y el centro de la ciudad de Moraira está a un tranquilo paseo de diez minutos donde se pueden encontrar fabulosos restaurantes y bares.
El dúplex está ubicado en el segundo piso del edificio de apartamentos que alberga seis apartamentos. El piso principal consta de dos habitaciones (una doble con aire acondicionado y baño en-suite, una con 2 camas de 90), baño familiar, cocina y salón. El salón tiene una cortina de cristal que ofrece magníficas vistas de la playa y la bahía de El Portet. La cocina está bien equipada con todos los electrodomésticos modernos y hay asientos en el salón y en la mesa de comedor para seis personas. El apartamento cuenta con WiFi junto con TV vía satélite que muestra canales ingleses gratuitos (incluyendo BBC, ITV, Channel 4, etc.).
Una escalera de caracol conduce desde el piso principal a la suite principal con aire acondicionado (cama king size y baño en-suite) y la amplia terraza privada en la azotea. Hay asientos para diez personas en la terraza de la azotea y asientos para al menos seis personas. La terraza está parcialmente sombreada con una "vela-sombrilla" y también hay un gran toldo automático que puede cubrir la zona de asientos del salón si es necesario. La terraza también tiene una zona de "cocina" independiente con fregadero, nevera y una secadora. También hay una gran barbacoa de gas para cenar al aire libre. Se pueden tener vistas espectaculares de la bahía mientras se disfruta de un sundowner desde su propio punto de vista privado.
Todo el apartamento tiene calefacción eléctrica por suelo radiante si es necesario durante los meses de invierno.
Hay estacionamiento privado para un automóvil y enfrente del apartamento hay una delicatessen bien surtida que puede proporcionar la mayoría de sus necesidades de comestibles y que hornea pan fresco a diario. También tiene una sección de licores bien surtida si es necesario. For the price and number of potential occupants, we would expect a more suitably sized welcome pack and some basic condiments in the cupboards. Tea bags, Coffee Pods, Milk, Sugar, Salt/Pepper, 6 pack beers, plus sufficient dishwasher tabs, toilet roll and washing machine "powder" for the duration booked. This would cost relatively little (even put the price up to pay for it if you want) and I'm sure be most welcome, creating an excellent first impression, allowing the occupants to relax after their travels on arrival and not to have to shoot off to the shops. We already discussed the TV Satellite peculiarities, which after your remedial visit, I learned how to re-tune the satellite dish every morning and not to turn the TV off when going out. Maybe you should show clients how to do the re-tuning process using the unusual handset that comes with the system. It's not a big issue, once you know what to do, each day.

I have been visiting El Portet yearly for almost 30 years, I usually stay in my grandparent's apartment but this was not possible on this occasion so had to look for somewhere else to stay.

I have been visiting El Portet yearly for almost 30 years, I usually stay in my grandparent's apartment but this was not possible on this occasion so had to look for somewhere else to stay. The apartment is beautiful, the photos do not do it justice. The views are stunning, a 2-minute walk to the el Portet beach (ideal for families). Small convenience store opposite and take away pizza/chicken/paella restaurant over the road. The roofdeck overlooks Manets hotel/restaurant so you can easily pop down for a cocktail, ice creamdinner. The apartment has been decorated very tastefully. The rooftop is larger than the photos show, loads of space to relax on the sofashave a meal around the larger table. We would certainly look to book this again in the future. |

This appartment exceeded all our expectations. Great facilities and a view second to none! We stayed for two weeks and we loved it so much we have already booked again for next year! There were no negatives in our opinion. Yes, it is on the second flver más

There were no negatives in our opinion. Yes, it is on the second floor, but the internal staircase is certainly manageable and once you are in, with the view you dont want to go anywhere anyway. My mother-in-law (71yrs young), was absolutely fine. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending this appartment.

The beds are really comfortable, lovely bathrooms all with great showers, spacious lounge area and open plan kitchen. We felt very much at home here. Its location is fabulous, a minutes stroll to beautiful El Portet beach- possibly the best beach in the area. 10 minutes scenic walk into Moraira with plenty of good restaurants & shops. Will definitely be booking again for next year! |

The apartment is modern and very well presented.The apartment has everything you need if you want to eat in but we generally choose to eat out in the evening in the many restaurants in Moraira. It is 10-15minutes walk with great views along the way.The lovely beach is just below the apartment.There is a bakery/general store directly across the road next to a pharmacy. I would highly recommend renting this apartment to any of my friends & family. |

Lovely towels and bedding .Beautiful furnishings. The roof terrace was a dream for evening drinks and dinners. The lounge windows open up completely so the amazing views can be truly appreciated. The town of Moraira is a 5 to 10 min walk away taking in the views all the way. Loads of bars and restaurants as well as a beach with loungers and shade , Small children's play area. Just great ..I am going back for sure ! |

- Llegada fuera de horario: Organizar llegada con agencia en destino. El resto de la reserva se abona al día siguiente en la oficina de recepción.
- Unos días antes de su llegada, deben ponerse en contacto con la agencia de recepción para comunicar su horario de llegada (nº vuelo / barco en su caso) y organizar la recogida de llaves.
- En temporada baja la hora de entrada y de salida son flexibles. Contactar con la agencia para concretar las horas.
