As always the booking and check in was flawless with plenty of contact from HMR. The villa is very well located with many restaurants only a few minutes walk and Moraira centre about 10-15 minutes away.
The villa has everything you need as well as great outdoor areas. Very quiet area, so wouldn’t be suited to late night revellers, etc. This was my third time at Villa Katy, and I would very happily visit again any time.

The large pool was the star attraction and made full use of every day. The outside areas were ideal for our family gatherings and the quality gas bbq easy to use and clean.

Great villa, nice and close to the beach and a short walk to the main town centre, everything as described. Pool was lovely, good size. Would not hesitate in recommending, thank you, had a great time

My husband, myself our three triplets sons and one son's girlfriend all came to celebrate our 60th birthdays and our son's 30th birthdays. The villa was just wonderful in everyway. It was spotless when we arrived. Communication with hmrholidays was excellent from start to finish. Any queries before we arrived and during our holiday was answered quickly, often within minutes. The villa is very spacious and the pool just wonderful. Just a short walk to the nearest beach and about fifteen minutes into the centre of town. Many restaurants near the villa so no need to go into town if you don't want to.
Though the pool is overlooked by a few other villas this was never a problem whilst we were there as non were occupied. The view from the upstairs veranda was just great especially watching the lightening one evening and the fireworks another. We had a truly special time. Thank you

Excellent location, well-equipped and lovely pool, with good outside areas and off-road parking. Excellent service before arrival and useful welcome information from a member of staff on arrival.

Great villa, lovely private pool. Slightly overlooked by surrounding villas. Perfect location to be able to walk into town and local bars and beaches. Would definitely go back.

Great location, for a quiet relaxing holiday, easy walk for the beach and eating out. A huge choice of cafes and restaurants, We used the car for a food shop and a day out other than that you can take your time and walk everywhere. The pool is a good size and this villa comfortably hosts 6 guests. Moraira is perfect for a laid back holiday. This is our 10th year coming to Moraira and our 3rd stay in this villa, highly recommended.

The Villa exceeded our expectations, it had everything we needed, it was spacious and well maintained, the outdoor pool and terrace area was amazing, great location in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, but close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly, we would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Fantastic villa in a great location. I’ve stayed in and around Moraira several times, and this is by far the best place I’ve had. There are several restaurants only a few minutes away and it’s only a short walk to the town centre for everything else. The pool was a lovely temperature and I used it every day. The villa is very clean and comfortable and the air conditioning is excellent and keeps the house at a lovely temperature. I have already booked it for next year!

The fact that there is airco in every room, the fence next to the pool for our little children and the walking distance to the beach. The house was also very clean. Definitely recommend it!

La villa es estupenda, la piscina es un lujo (vienen a limpiarla cada dos días), la terraza de arriba es una pasada para comer y cenar con buenas vistas y al fresquito.

Un séjour très agréable. Nous avions réservé la villa pour sa proximité avec la plage et les commerces. Notre petite dernière n'ayant que 3 ans nous avons vraiment apprécié le fait que la piscine puisse être clôturée et sécurisée. La douche extérieure est aussi un plus.
Les trois chambres étaient confortables et climatisées. La terrasse à l'étage est très agréable, ainsi que le salon (avec clim). La maison se trouve au bout d'une petite impasse calme et sécurisée, les enfants ont pu jouer dans la rue sans problèmes.
Nous avons été accueillis par Leo, très sympa et serviable (parle français), qui a été en contact avec nous par Whatsapp toute la semaine. Nous avons apprécié pouvoir rester dans la maison jusqu'à 16h le jour de la sortie sans frais ( nous avons été facturés 50€ par d'autres agences de la zone pour ce genre de service !).

Ps: c'est la première fois que nous n'avons pas eu à payer de caution exorbitante pour une villa dans la zone. Nous avons à certaines occasions dû payer jusqu'à 1500€ pour une caution, sans aucune garantie. Lorsque l'on économise toute l'année pour des vacances, on apprécie cette économie.

This was our first time staying in Moraira and we had the most amazing time in this Villa.

Having the pool meant the kids could splash about before hitting the beach. It's close to the beach and restaurants. It's fully enclosed so felt at ease with the kids running about too and it's on a lovely estate too.
The communication with Iain was fab and the place very clean with the pool / shower area being cleaned every couple of days too.

We might go back next year

We had a great holiday in this lovely Villa.

It had all the amenities needed and very clean. Air conditioning was in all bedrooms and lounge/dining area.
The swimming pool was excellent, clean and well maintained with a large terrace.
This villa must be in one of the best positions in Moraira, only a few minutes walk from lovely plateges beach and restaurants and shops.

We thoroughly recommend this villa and will definitely be back again next year
