Having the glass sliding doors open in the living room gives you a magnificent view over a beautiful bay. The beach is very nice with clear water and a relaxed atmosphere. There’s a great bar/restaurant at the seafront. Perfect place for a breakfast mehr anzeigen

For the price and number of potential occupants, we would expect a more suitably sized welcome pack and some basic condiments in the cupboards. Tea bags, Coffee Pods, Milk, Sugar, Salt/Pepper, 6 pack beers, plus sufficient dishwasher tabs, toilet rolmehr anzeigen

This would cost relatively little (even put the price up to pay for it if you want) and I'm sure be most welcome, creating an excellent first impression, allowing the occupants to relax after their travels on arrival and not to have to shoot off to the shops. We already discussed the TV Satellite peculiarities, which after your remedial visit, I learned how to re-tune the satellite dish every morning and not to turn the TV off when going out. Maybe you should show clients how to do the re-tuning process using the unusual handset that comes with the system. It's not a big issue, once you know what to do, each day.

I have been visiting El Portet yearly for almost 30 years, I usually stay in my grandparent's apartment but this was not possible on this occasion so had to look for somewhere else to stay.

I have been visiting El Portet yearly for almost 30 years, I usually stay in my grandparent's apartment but this was not possible on this occasion so had to look for somewhere else to stay. The apartment is beautiful, the photos do not do it justice. The views are stunning, a 2-minute walk to the el Portet beach (ideal for families). Small convenience store opposite and take away pizza/chicken/paella restaurant over the road. The roofdeck overlooks Manets hotel/restaurant so you can easily pop down for a cocktail, ice creamdinner. The apartment has been decorated very tastefully. The rooftop is larger than the photos show, loads of space to relax on the sofashave a meal around the larger table. We would certainly look to book this again in the future. |

There were no negatives in our opinion. Yes, it is on the second floor, but the internal staircase is certainly manageable and once you are in, with the view you dont want to go anywhere anyway. My mother-in-law (71yrs young), was absolutely fine. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending this appartment.

The beds are really comfortable, lovely bathrooms all with great showers, spacious lounge area and open plan kitchen. We felt very much at home here. Its location is fabulous, a minutes stroll to beautiful El Portet beach- possibly the best beach in the area. 10 minutes scenic walk into Moraira with plenty of good restaurants & shops. Will definitely be booking again for next year! |

It is 10-15minutes walk with great views along the way.The lovely beach is just below the apartment.There is a bakery/general store directly across the road next to a pharmacy. I would highly recommend renting this apartment to any of my friends & family. |

Lovely towels and bedding .Beautiful furnishings. The roof terrace was a dream for evening drinks and dinners. The lounge windows open up completely so the amazing views can be truly appreciated. The town of Moraira is a 5 to 10 min walk away taking in the views all the way. Loads of bars and restaurants as well as a beach with loungers and shade , Small children's play area. Just great ..I am going back for sure ! |

- Ankunft außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten: nach Absprache mit der Agentur vor Ort. Der Restbetrag muss am nächsten Tag im Büro der Agentur bezahlt werden.
- Setzen Sie sich bitte eine Woche vor Ihrer Reise mit der Agentur in Verbindung, um Ihre Ankunftszeit und evtl. Flug- bzw. Schiffnummer mitzuteilen, sowie die Abholung der Schlüssel zu vereinbaren.
- In der Nebensaison sind die An- und Abreisezeiten flexibel. Setzen Sie sich mit der Agentur in Verbindung, um die Zeiten zu vereinbaren.
